These Hands Academy Ltd operates as a consultancy producing bespoke evaluations for healthcare suppliers to learn from the voice of users to improve patient safety.

Other services include providing implementation support to ICB leads undertaking transformation projects using a systems approach.

Bespoke quality improvement and patient safety masterclasses.

Focused predominantly around the care home and domiciliary space, it's supporting people and those around them to thrive in the place of their choice.

Its ultimate aim is to reduce harm and un-timely admissions through early recognition of deterioration by bringing those voices to the front.
